What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greeting visitors and clients; you’ll be our first impression.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls—some days are busier than others, but every call matters.
  • Managing the company’s general email inbox: quick replies, smart filters, zero clutter.
  • Scheduling appointments and keeping calendars organized—because logistics run on timing.
  • Handling daily admin tasks like sorting mail, managing supplies, and updating records.
  • Assisting colleagues with light office coordination—you know, the little things that keep the big things moving.
  • Pitching in with occasional projects, like event prep or new team member onboardings.
