What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring every guest feels welcome and comfortable
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails promptly—never letting a detail slip through the cracks
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings, keeping everyone on time and informed
- Track all visitors by managing logs and front desk records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and couriers
- Support coordination between various departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with essentials (sometimes it’s the little things that matter most)
- Jump in to assist with occasional administrative tasks or special requests—because teamwork is at the core of what we do
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Friendly, professional, and polished communication skills (both in person and over the phone)
- Fluent in English; additional languages always a plus given our diverse visitors
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (ideally in a business or hospitality setting)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Office and common office technology (think printers, phone systems, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
