What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every visitor—clients, job seekers, and delivery folks—with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Handling incoming phone calls, answering queries, and directing calls to the right team members
- Managing appointment schedules and updating our visitor records
- Providing general information about our services to walk-ins and phone inquiries
- Supporting clients and candidates through the application process, including basic troubleshooting
- Ensuring the reception area always looks welcoming and organized—think neat desk, fresh magazines
- Assisting in basic data entry and maintaining electronic records using MS Office or similar tools
- Communicating with the team about daily priorities and customer feedback
- Lending a hand wherever the day takes you—office supplies, meeting room prep, you name it
