What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting every visitor—clients, job seekers, and delivery folks—with genuine hospitality and professionalism
  • Handling incoming phone calls, answering queries, and directing calls to the right team members
  • Managing appointment schedules and updating our visitor records
  • Providing general information about our services to walk-ins and phone inquiries
  • Supporting clients and candidates through the application process, including basic troubleshooting
  • Ensuring the reception area always looks welcoming and organized—think neat desk, fresh magazines
  • Assisting in basic data entry and maintaining electronic records using MS Office or similar tools
  • Communicating with the team about daily priorities and customer feedback
  • Lending a hand wherever the day takes you—office supplies, meeting room prep, you name it
