What You’ll Be Doing
- Give every guest a genuine, warm welcome at our front desk—you’re the first impression after all!
- Guide clients and visitors to different departments or meeting rooms with clear directions (and sometimes even a quick office tour).
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls—no robotic scripts, just a friendly, professional tone every time.
- Take concise messages, manage the visitor log, and ensure timely communication between guests and staff.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and deliveries, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, creating an inviting space for everyone.
- Coordinate with other staff as needed to ensure meetings and appointments run smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role (even for a few months—we value all forms of experience)
- Great verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus!
- Confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation)
- Friendly, approachable personality—plus the ability to stay calm under occasional pressure
- A knack for organization and attention to detail
