About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s really like to be the friendly face and calming presence that keeps an office humming? We're looking for a Receptionist in the heart of Al Nahda, Dubai — someone who thrives on bringing order to busy days and making visitors feel instantly at ease. If you love being at the center of things and have a knack for organization, this could be your perfect next move (and yes, every day is a little different).
About the Company
Our team is known for mixing professionalism with warmth — think polished office spaces, friendly hellos, and the occasional spontaneous tea round. We support a variety of dynamic companies, so you’ll interact with people from all walks of life. Colleagues here genuinely look out for each other, whether it’s stepping in to assist with a last-minute meeting room crisis or sharing a laugh over a quirky customer request. The pace can be fast, but so is the sense of accomplishment by the end of each day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greeting every visitor and making sure they feel welcome (even when you’re juggling phone calls)
- Answering, screening, and directing calls — sometimes with a sense of humor, always with professionalism
- Managing appointments and keeping the reception area organized and looking sharp
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks like filing, handling mail, or preparing meeting materials
- Coordinating with other teams to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work
- Helping new employees and guests settle in, offering directions, or a reassuring word if needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Presentable appearance and genuinely friendly attitude
- Good spoken and written communication skills (English is a must; other languages a bonus!)
- Basic computer skills (think: email, calendar management, maybe a little Excel)
- Good organizational habits and attention to detail
- Punctuality and reliability — the team leans on you!
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk/admin role
- Familiarity with office technology (multi-line phone systems, printers, etc.)
- Comfort working in a multicultural environment
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,000–3,500 per month, depending on your experience and what you bring to the role
- Supportive, close-knit team — people here have each other's backs
- Modern office environment in a convenient Al Nahda location
- Opportunities to grow: learn on the job, gain access to different departments, and pick up new skills
- Regular work hours, with a sensible approach to overtime (your personal time is respected)
- Occasional team lunches and small celebrations — we believe in marking the wins, big and small
We know the receptionist role makes a real difference in how people experience our workplace. If you’re ready to step into a role where every day matters, we hope you’ll consider joining us!
