What You’ll Be Doing

  • Start each morning by cleaning and organizing the office so everyone feels comfortable and ready to go.
  • Prepare and serve Arabic coffee to guests and staff, adding a touch of tradition to our daily routine.
  • Welcome visitors — whether familiar faces or first-timers — and offer thoughtful customer service with every interaction.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for accurate data entry and assembling straightforward reports (don’t worry, you won’t need to be an expert).
  • Pitch in with general office tasks and basic admin support, keeping day-to-day operations running without a hitch.
  • Be the go-to person for everyday needs, from answering phone calls to managing supply inventories.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (even if it was just for a summer — all experience counts!).
  • Comfortable with basic Microsoft Excel tasks (think: entering data, simple formatting, printing reports).
  • An eye for cleanliness and a genuine desire to keep the office sparkling.
