What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome—no matter how busy the day gets
- Determining the purpose of each guest’s visit and ensuring they’re directed to the right person or department
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other queries with patience and clarity
- Keeping our reception area tidy and inviting (think: the kind of space you’d want to walk into yourself)
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, like scheduling appointments or managing incoming mail
