About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the welcoming face of a fast-paced, vibrant office in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay? As our new Front Desk Executive, you won’t just be answering phones and scheduling appointments — you’ll be at the center of the action, helping guests and employees alike navigate their day. If you enjoy making lasting first impressions and thrive in an environment where every day brings something new, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic recruitment agency, connecting talented people with exciting roles across the UAE. Our team is a lively mix of go-getters, coffee enthusiasts, and after-hours laugh sharers. We take pride in our diverse, supportive culture — where every individual contribution matters, and office traditions (from birthday cakes to quick quiz-offs) bring us together. Based conveniently in Business Bay, our workspace is buzzing, collegial, and always respectful of your professional aspirations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a smile, making sure everyone feels welcome and attended to
  • Answering phone calls and addressing queries, or routing them to the right person
  • Managing appointment schedules and keeping the calendar on track — no double bookings on your watch
  • Responding promptly and helpfully to email and in-person inquiries
  • Coordinating deliveries and incoming mail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and ready for VIPs (which, to us, is everyone)
  • Supporting basic administrative tasks — from filing to photocopying — as needed
  • Acting as a go-to resource for directions, company policies, and just about everything else a guest or colleague might need to know

What You’ll Bring

  • Friendly, professional demeanor and an honest enthusiasm for helping people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; any other languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable with basic computer tasks — you don’t need to code, but MS Office shouldn’t scare you
  • Previous experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or customer service rep is great — but we welcome quick learners with the right attitude
  • Ability to stay organized and keep your cool, even during a busy day with lots of moving parts
  • Willingness to adapt and pitch in where needed — we’re a team, and we help each other succeed

Not sure you fit every single requirement? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Two years residency visa sponsored — focus on your career, not your paperwork
  • Health insurance coverage for your peace of mind
  • Free accommodation and transportation provided; leave the commuting stress to us
  • Salary starting from AED4,000 to AED5,000 (commensurate with experience and skills)
  • Modern office in Dubai’s Business Bay with easy access to shops, cafés, and public transport
  • Collaborative, inclusive team that values every member’s input
  • Real opportunities to grow your skills and advance with us

We believe that happy employees greet guests with genuine warmth — and that’s the atmosphere we work hard to create every single day. If you enjoy meeting new people, keeping a busy office humming, and taking pride in being everyone’s go-to, we think you’ll feel right at home.

  • Tell us about a time you had to remain calm and professional during a particularly hectic or stressful day.
  • How do you approach helping a team member or guest when their needs fall outside your direct responsibilities at the front desk?
  • In your view, what distinguishes a memorable, positive welcome from an average greeting?
  • What strategies do you use to keep the reception area inviting and presentable, even during high-traffic periods?
  • Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you had to quickly adapt to a sudden change in schedule or priorities? How did you manage?
  • Our team values humor and camaraderie—how would you contribute to creating and maintaining a friendly, supportive office atmosphere?
