About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to be the first face of a bustling office? As our new Receptionist/Front Desk team member in Dubai’s vibrant Jumeira Lake Towers, that’s exactly what you’ll get to do. We’re on the lookout for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a warm welcome to everyone who steps through our doors—or dials our number. If you enjoy making people feel at ease and thrive in a lively, multicultural environment, this could be the perfect spot for you.
About the Company
We’re a friendly crew nestled in the heart of JLT, known as much for our collaborative approach as for our Thursday team lunches (yes, treat day is real around here). Our team is refreshingly diverse, and we love how each member brings a unique perspective to the table—whether it’s sharing a story from home or offering ideas that spark change. Growth is in our DNA, but we never lose sight of the relationships that make it all possible. You’ll find leaders who listen and colleagues who support you every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and making sure everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive.
- Answering calls, emails, and occasional questions—sometimes all at once (don’t worry, it keeps things lively).
- Managing the front desk: maintaining a tidy, organized reception area that sets the right tone.
- Sorting mail, deliveries, and handling paperwork—yes, there’s a bit of admin, but nothing you can’t handle.
- Coordinating meeting rooms and helping team members with the little things that keep our days running smoothly.
- Jumping in to help with company events or last-minute requests—team spirit is kind of a must around here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)—after all, you’ll be the voice of our company.
- Presentable, professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Confidence in basic computer tools (think Outlook, calendars, a bit of document wrangling).
- Customer service mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping people and delivering solutions.
- Currently based inside the UAE and ready to work in Dubai, JLT.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior front desk, hospitality, or office admin experience (but not a deal-breaker).
- Additional language skills are a plus—our team and visitors are from everywhere.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,500 to AED 4,500, depending on your experience.
- A genuinely multicultural team—everyone’s welcome and valued, no matter your background.
- Supportive management that listens and encourages you to grow (not just “corporate speak”—we mean it).
- Regular team lunches, snacks on hand, and spontaneous celebrations.
- Easy access by metro, bus, or car—right in the heart of JLT.
- Opportunities to take on new responsibilities as you find your footing and interests.
At the end of the day, we’re powered by the people at our front desk—if you love being the energy that brightens a workspace, this is the place for you. Come join a team where your presence makes all the difference.
