About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Searching for your next role in Dubai’s vibrant business community? If you enjoy connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly, and adding a professional touch to the first impression guests receive, this Receptionist opportunity in Dubai Marina could be just what you’ve been looking for. Whether you’re just getting started or bringing a few years of experience to the table, this position offers a front-row seat at a well-established company, right in the heart of one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

About the Company

Step into a diverse, fast-paced workplace where every day brings a new mix of faces, challenges, and opportunities. Located in Dubai Marina, our company’s office buzzes with a truly international team — don’t be surprised if you pick up a few words in another language over your morning coffee! We take pride in creating a supportive environment where colleagues look out for each other, and Friday catchups over lunch are an unspoken tradition. Here, professionalism pairs with a genuine sense of community; everyone’s voice is welcome, and every detail (from the lobby fragrance to the cheerful “good mornings”) matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and clients with a warm, professional welcome — first impressions count!
  • Handling incoming calls and messages; transferring inquiries to the right team member (no switchboard panic here)
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and organized — you’ll be the first smile guests see as they come in
  • Assisting colleagues with room bookings, basic admin tasks, and deliveries — consider yourself the heartbeat of our daily operations
  • Maintaining a guest log and ensuring security procedures are followed with care
  • Occasionally supporting HR and office management with simple documentation or scheduling tasks
  • Lending a hand where needed — after all, teamwork is how the magic happens

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Presentable, professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor
    • Currently residing within the UAE
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
    • Comfort using basic office technology (phones, computers, calendars)
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Prior reception or customer service experience, especially in a multicultural setting
    • Knowledge of another language (always a bonus in Dubai!)
    • A knack for staying calm and helpful, even when things get busy

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary of AED 3500
  • Company-arranged accommodation and reliable transportation
  • 2-year residence visa provided — we’ll take care of the paperwork
  • Supportive, inclusive team that celebrates all cultures and backgrounds
  • Prime Dubai Marina location, close to iconic cafes and waterfront walks
  • Friendly atmosphere where you’re more than just the voice at the front desk
  • Genuine opportunities to grow into admin or customer-facing roles over time

At the end of the day, your smile helps set the tone for our company. If you’re ready to make every guest’s experience a positive one (while enjoying all the practical perks), we can’t wait to meet you.
