What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming all visitors and clients with a genuine smile and ensuring they feel at ease the moment they walk through our doors
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails with accuracy and a can-do attitude
- Managing appointment schedules for consultants and conference rooms—sometimes juggling more than one task, but always keeping your cool
- Assisting with admin tasks: scanning, filing, and handling documents with confidentiality
- Supporting the team with office supplies, logistics, and basically ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinating company car usage and keeping basic records (don’t worry, we’ll train you if this is new!)
- Lending a hand at occasional company events or team-building sessions—think of it as part of the fun
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently living somewhere in the UAE (any emirate, we don’t mind)
- Friendly, poised, and comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life
- Good command of English—bonus points if you speak an extra language or two
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook… you know the drill)
- Strong organization and time management habits (you remember the little things)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with us
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception/front desk role
- A valid UAE driver's license
- Familiarity with Dubai's geography (especially if you want first dibs on the company car)
