What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming clients with a warm smile and attentive service the moment they arrive
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to salon guests (think cozy cappuccinos or refreshing iced teas)
  • Handling bookings: scheduling appointments, answering inquiries (in-person and by phone), and expertly managing the calendar
  • Taking customer orders for treatments and processing payments accurately (cash or card, you’re on it)
  • Keeping the front-of-house area tidy, organized, and inviting — you’re always one step ahead when it comes to presentation
  • Assisting with daily opening and closing routines to ensure everything’s ready for our guests
  • Being the go-to person for client needs, whether it’s a request for extra towels or a last-minute schedule change
