What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting members and visitors with genuine warmth, ensuring everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive
  • Managing membership registrations, renewals, and updates with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries — you’ll be the go-to for all sorts of questions and requests
  • Coordinating appointments and class bookings, keeping our schedule running smoothly
  • Supporting management with light administrative tasks, from filing to organizing meeting notes
  • Maintaining a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects our high standards
  • Occasionally lending a hand at events or special promotions — we work together to make things happen

What You’ll Bring
