About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the helm of a busy dining spot, where every day brings something new and deliciously challenging? We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in the thick of it—from steering supplier deals to energizing the team, and especially growing the restaurant’s presence online. If numbers make sense to you and finding creative ways to boost online orders gets you pumped, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

About the Company

We’re a locally beloved restaurant tucked into Dubai Production City, just a quick stroll from Me’aisem City Center Mall. Our team is passionate about serving great food, sure—but we’re equally proud of crafting a friendly, fast-paced environment where fresh ideas (and fresh coffee) are always welcome. Whether it’s a Monday morning huddle or a Friday taste-test of new menu items, there’s a genuine buzz to what we do. Our ownership is hands-on, supportive, and committed to keeping us ahead in Dubai’s constantly evolving food scene.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations with a sharp focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Act as the main point of contact for all suppliers—negotiating, troubleshooting, and keeping quality top notch
  • Lead and motivate a diverse front- and back-of-house staff, fostering a sense of teamwork and accountability
  • Take full responsibility for P&L, from managing budgets to analyzing sales trends and maximizing profitability
  • Drive the growth of our online business, including working with food delivery aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Zomato)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor online promotions and pricing strategies, always with a keen eye on the bottom line
  • Lead and expand our catering business, from fielding corporate inquiries to orchestrating flawless execution
  • Keep a close watch on competitor trends and new opportunities in Dubai’s dynamic food delivery landscape
  • Roll up your sleeves to solve problems—whether it’s a tech glitch with an aggregator or a last-minute catering request

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing a fast-paced restaurant, ideally in Dubai or the wider UAE region
  • Hands-on expertise in supplier negotiations, team management, and cost control
  • Solid track record of full P&L responsibility and profit management
  • Comfortable driving online business and managing aggregator relationships (online ordering, promotions, delivery platforms)
  • Experience setting and adjusting online pricing for profitability
  • Confident communicator in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Valid UAE visa with NOC

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience boosting catering sales or managing events
  • Familiarity with the latest restaurant tech platforms and delivery software
  • Creative mindset for digital marketing or menu innovation

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives
  • Supportive ownership that gives you room to make an impact
  • No two days are the same—plenty of variety, fast decision-making, and recognition for your wins
  • Prime location next to Me’aisem City Center Mall, with footfall and energy to match
  • Opportunities to bring your ideas to life, whether it’s a new menu item or a fresh online campaign
  • Diverse, tight-knit team that knows how to work hard and celebrate together
  • Staff meals, team outings, and the chance to shape a growing business

Here, you’ll find the autonomy to run the show, the backing to innovate, and a community of colleagues who genuinely appreciate what you bring to the table—figuratively and literally.
