What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and making them feel welcome as they walk through our doors
- Managing reservations, handling inquiries (sometimes in more than one language!), and coordinating guest seating
- Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently as a cashier, ensuring accurate billing and transaction processing
- Offering seamless communication with the kitchen and floor staff to keep service flawless
- Resolving minor guest requests or concerns quickly—with warmth and professionalism
- Keeping the reception or cashier area tidy and organized, even during busy shifts
- Sometimes lending a hand during events or special dinners—teamwork is essential here!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You are currently residing in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—your smile is your superpower
- Some prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service (restaurant experience is a big plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and handling busy periods with calm
- Trustworthy, reliable, and ready to work flexible shifts (weekends or evenings included)
- Friendly with guests from all backgrounds—every nationality is welcome to apply
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with POS systems or digital reservation platforms
