What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Representative (Visual Identity/Social Media)
- Craft and execute captivating visual content for all social platforms, helping tell the brand’s story and driving engagement.
- Coordinate with chefs and staff to capture behind-the-scenes moments and seasonal specials.
- Monitor content performance, tweaking strategy to keep things fresh, relevant, and on-brand.
Supervisor/Hall Supervisor/Order Captain
- Lead by example on bustling shifts, guiding floor teams and ensuring guests feel truly welcomed.
- Oversee service flow, step in to resolve challenges big and small, and train new team members in best practices.
- Keep a close eye on guest feedback, always striving to elevate the dining experience.
Beverage Maker (Juice Maker & Professional Barista)
- Prepare and present a range of artisanal coffee drinks and fresh juices to exacting standards.
- Suggest new beverage recipes for menu rotation, tapping into the latest trends and customer favorites.
- Maintain a spotless workspace and uphold strict hygiene protocols.
Feteer Meshaltet Maker, Western Chef, Indian Chef, Paratha Maker
- Hone and showcase your culinary specialization, preparing each dish with skill and flair.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Share knowledge with junior cooks and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Accountant (Food and Beverage Experience)
- Manage daily accounts and reports with absolute accuracy, using your industry know-how to spot issues before they arise.
- Work closely with suppliers and kitchen management on inventory, cost control, and financial planning.
