About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered who’s behind the scenes ensuring hotel guests feel right at home from the moment they step into their room? As a Room Attendant with us at IN MARINA, Dubai, you'll be at the very heart of that welcoming experience. This isn’t just about tidying up—it’s about transforming each space into a restful retreat and making our guests’ Dubai stay truly memorable. If you take pride in details and love seeing immediate results for your efforts, this role could be the perfect way to start (or grow) your hospitality career.

About the Company

IN MARINA isn’t just any hotel in Dubai — we’re known for our personal touch and our genuine commitment to guest comfort. We thrive on team spirit and a shared pride in exceeding expectations; for us, cleaning isn’t a checklist, it’s a craft. Our team shares stories over morning coffee, and we celebrate big wins (and small ones) at our monthly appreciation gatherings. With guests from all over the world, every day is a new opportunity to brighten someone’s visit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Freshen up guest rooms: change bed linens, replace towels, dust surfaces, vacuum floors, and tidy up.
  • Keep bathrooms sparkling: clean showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and replenish amenities.
  • Restock rooms: make sure guests have everything from toiletries to fresh water—and spot when something’s missing before they do.
  • Notice and report: spot any maintenance needs, lost items, or unusual situations and flag them quickly.
  • Offer a friendly hello (and a helpful hand): respond to guests’ questions or requests, big or small, making them feel seen and valued.
  • Keep carts organized and stocked so you’re always ready for the next room.
  • Follow our safety and cleanliness standards every time, every room—no cutting corners.
  • Pitch in with laundry, common areas, or special housekeeping projects when the team needs a hand.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong work ethic and genuine pride in high-quality cleaning.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude—you're comfortable interacting with guests from all backgrounds.
  • Physical stamina: you’re comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day.
  • Good attention to detail — you notice the wrinkles others might miss.
  • Reliability: you show up on time and ready to deliver your best.
  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel setting.
  • Familiarity with hospitality standards or cleaning protocols.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, reliable monthly salary plus service charge.
  • Uniforms provided—worry less about what to wear.
  • Meals on shift and refreshments to keep you energized.
  • Supportive, multicultural team who always has your back.
  • Continuous on-the-job training—you’ll pick up new skills fast.
  • Opportunities to grow your hospitality career, with clear paths for advancement.
  • Annual staff events, birthday celebrations, and a team that believes in lifting each other up.

At IN MARINA, we believe every role matters—especially yours. If you want your effort to be noticed, your growth to be supported, and your days to feel purposeful, you’ll feel right at home with us.
