We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Safety Officer to join our team on oilfield construction and maintenance projects right here in the UAE. This is an opportunity to put your passion for proactive safety practices at the heart of major oil & gas operations, where your expertise matters every single day.

- Investigating incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions, then working closely with operations to find practical, effective solutions.
- Coordinating with supervisors and subcontractors to maintain a culture of accountability and safety ownership on every shift.
- Maintaining meticulous records—from daily observations to weekly compliance reports—so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Staying on top of new regulations and promoting a spirit of continuous safety learning throughout the team.

- All the essential gear, with additional investment in your ongoing safety education.
- Supportive leadership that actually listens—when you spot something, you won’t be ignored.
- Diverse, tight-knit teams who look out for one another (and maybe challenge each other to the occasional lunchtime table tennis match).
