What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing site teams to deliver high-quality waterproofing and insulation works (we’re talking membranes, combo systems, and everything in between)
- Coordinating daily site activities to meet project deadlines—efficiency, but never at the expense of safety
- Reading and interpreting technical plans, then translating them into clear instructions your crew can follow
- Working alongside project managers and engineers to ensure both compliance and craftsmanship
- Training team members on application techniques and safe handling of materials
- Carrying out routine quality checks; flagging and solving issues before they become headaches
- Keeping records of materials, tools, and daily progress—organization is your not-so-secret weapon
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Solid, hands-on experience in waterproofing (especially membrane and combo systems)
- Confidence in foundation and roof insulation methods
- Experience supervising crews on active construction sites
- Ability to read construction drawings and translate them on site
- Strong sense of responsibility—a finisher’s mindset
- Willingness to work in the UAE, with accommodation provided
Nice-to-Haves
- Valid UAE Driving License (it really helps with site mobility)
