About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself wondering what it takes to keep a large operation running smoothly day in and day out? As a Maintenance Coordinator in our Al Ain facility, you’ll be right at the heart of that action. This isn’t just a behind-the-scenes role — you’ll be the vital link ensuring our technicians are armed with what they need, overseeing daily work, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re passionate about building management, good with people, and thrive on making sure everything “just works,” this could be the spot for you.

About the Company

We’re specialists in General Maintenance and Facility Management across the Al Ain region, serving a diverse portfolio of clients who count on us to keep their spaces comfortable, safe, and fully operational. The atmosphere here? Collaborative, hands-on, and energetic. Our team prides itself on reliability — and our technicians know how to celebrate a job well done (hint: nobody here ever says no to a team lunch when a big fix wraps up). Growing steadily, we invest in the latest tools and keep our processes modern, but hold on tight to that old-school pride in a job done right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, focusing mainly on AC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Assigning daily tasks and call-outs to technicians based on their specialties and workload
  • Coordinating response to urgent maintenance requests, ensuring issues are handled promptly
  • Supervising on-site work, giving clear direction, and confirming tasks are completed to standard
  • Tracking maintenance schedules and updating logs to keep department records accurate
  • Communicating clearly with clients or other departments to keep them updated on progress
  • Suggesting process improvements based on first-hand team experience — your voice will matter
  • Making sure necessary equipment and materials are on hand (and flagging when it’s time to reorder!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in facility management or building maintenance coordination
  • Strong understanding of AC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance basics
  • Experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams
  • Comfortable managing busy schedules and handling last-minute changes
  • Solid communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus, but not required)
  • Good organizational skills — you love a color-coded calendar
  • Able to work flexible hours if emergencies arise

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Formal technical qualifications or certifications
  • Familiarity with facility management software
  • Experience in a client-facing maintenance role

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid promptly every month
  • Supportive team that values every member’s input
  • Regular training on the latest tools and facility management tech
  • Opportunities to step up and take on more responsibility as we grow
  • A healthy work-life balance (yes, really!)
  • Company-sponsored events — team BBQs, group breakfasts, and occasional community volunteer days
  • Friendly, approachable leadership who actually know your name
  • Stability and long-term career prospects in a respected, fast-rising company

There’s real pride in making sure a building runs like clockwork — and you’ll be part of the team that makes that happen every day. We can’t wait to meet you.
