About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the friendly face behind a leading women’s fashion brand? As a Sales Associate/Cashier at our City Centre Al Zahia branch in Sharjah, you’ll help customers discover their new favorite styles — and ensure they leave with an even better shopping experience. It’s not just about the clothes (though we do love a good power suit). Here, your flair for people and eye for detail can really make a difference, especially in Sharjah’s vibrant retail scene.
About the Company
We’re more than just fashion racks and changing rooms. Our team lives and breathes the latest trends, but we’re also passionate about creating an atmosphere that feels like a second home — whether it’s swapping style tips with customers, or sharing a laugh during busy sale weekends. The energy here is contagious, and we’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic personalities ready to grow with us. If the thought of celebrating a big team milestone over cake or participating in in-store styling events sounds fun, you’ll fit right in.

- Welcoming every customer with a smile and genuine interest — even on the busiest Saturday.
- Listening to shoppers’ needs and offering honest style suggestions (because confidence is always in season).
- Handling transactions at the register efficiently and accurately — cash, card, or even those last-minute exchanges.
- Keeping the shop floor and displays tidy and on-trend, so every visitor feels inspired.
- Restocking inventory and learning about new arrivals — you’ll be first to see what’s coming in!
- Supporting team members during promotions or product launches (and yes, it can get a bit lively!).
- Watching out for store security and loss prevention — everyone plays a part.
