What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role and strengths, your day might look like this:
Sales Representative:
- Build relationships with potential clients, understanding what truly matters to them.
- Proactively follow up on leads — both warm and cold — through calls, emails, and in-person (when needed).
- Meet set targets, but also share creative input on how we can make sales more engaging.
- Collaborate with teammates to brainstorm pitch ideas that win hearts (and deals).
Call Center Agent:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and positivity — even on those tricky calls.
- Provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions; guide them through services or solve their mini-challenges.
- Keep accurate call records and gather valuable feedback to help us improve.
- Treat every caller as an individual — because we know every conversation counts.
Digital Marketing:
- Help create engaging content and manage our presence on key social media platforms.
- Assist in running targeted digital ad campaigns and track their real-world impact.
- Work alongside our team to brainstorm fresh ideas for online promotions and outreach.
- Analyze campaign results and share insights — we’re all about learning as we go.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Based inside the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
- Strong communication skills (in English; additional languages a plus!).
- Eager to learn, adapt, and pitch in where needed — whether you’re new to the field or come with experience.
- Positive, can-do attitude; committed to being a team player.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in sales, call center, or digital marketing — but freshers with a passion to start are encouraged!
- Familiarity with online tools (for digital marketing roles).
