About Us
Picture a supermarket where every day brings a new blend of cultures, languages, and stories—the kind of place where a busy morning can mean helping a young family find just the right product, or guiding a tourist through Dubai’s favorite kitchen staples. We’re a cornerstone of the BurJuman district, known for our warm service, fresh products, and a team that genuinely cares for one another. Whether it's celebrating a colleague’s birthday with shared sweets or a group coffee break after the lunchtime rush, our people-first approach keeps us coming back each day with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging warmly with customers, answering questions or directing them to just the right aisle.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring the displays always look inviting—think: organized and easy on the eyes!
- Handling checkouts with a keen eye for accuracy and a friendly “thank you” for every customer.
- Listening to shopper concerns or requests and resolving matters with care and patience.
- Keeping the store floor tidy and safe—a little pride goes a long way.
- Pitching in as a team player during busy periods (because we all know the evening rush waits for no one).
- Occasionally assisting with promotional campaigns or special events; variety is part of the gig.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive, approachable attitude—smiles travel far here.
- Comfort communicating in English (other languages are a plus in our diverse community).
- Relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles will help, but it isn’t a deal breaker.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak times.
- Present either on a valid UAE residency visa or visit visa (immediate starters preferred).
- Respect for a multicultural environment and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Solid starting salary (AED2800/month) plus the chance for overtime—fair pay for your hard work.
- On-the-job support: from shadowing seasoned staff to quick “how’d they do that?” tips.
- Diverse team—friendships are made here over lunch breaks and long shifts.
- Central BurJuman location (never boring, and always convenient for public transport).
- Opportunities to grow: motivated team members often move up quickly.
- Rotating shifts for better work-life balance.
- Staff discounts on store products—one of the quieter perks, but trust us, it comes in handy!
- Welcoming atmosphere where new faces always belong.
