What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients across Dubai’s diverse industries
- Developing and executing sales strategies that actually move the needle (not just look good on paper)
- Attending client meetings, site visits, and networking events to grow our footprint in the local market
- Collaborating closely with our marketing team to craft campaigns that get noticed—and get results
- Consistently achieving (and, let’s be honest, aiming to smash) your sales targets
- Providing insightful feedback on market trends and client needs to help steer our business forward
- Maintaining up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in our CRM system
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of hands-on sales and/or marketing experience in the UAE
- Solid understanding of Dubai’s business landscape and customer behaviors
- Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to everyone from CEOs to fresh grads
- A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet goals
- Energetic, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
Nice-to-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license
- Prior experience in recruitment or related services
- Fluent in more than one language (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
