About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about how much creativity and precision goes into the humble packaging you see every day? Here’s your chance to join one of Sharjah’s specialized packaging experts as their next Sales Representative. In an industry that’s booming with innovation and solutions-driven opportunities, this role isn’t just about making sales — it’s about helping businesses stand out through smarter, more sustainable packaging. If you’re passionate about building real relationships and watching your impact unfold (not to mention reaping the rewards), we’d love to talk.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Sharjah’s vibrant Industrial Area 17, our company is more than just a manufacturing hub — it’s a team that genuinely cares about quality, integrity, and customer partnerships. We don’t do “one size fits all” — every client project is a new challenge, and collaboration is at the core of everything we do. Lunchtime brainstorming sessions, spontaneous team check-ins, and celebrating each successful product launch are all part of our workflow. We value people who roll up their sleeves, ask smart questions, and constantly look for ways to make our service better.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing our client base by spotting opportunities across the UAE (especially in the industrial and F&B sectors)
  • Visiting customers on-site, understanding their packaging needs, and presenting creative, cost-effective solutions
  • Managing all stages of the sales process — from generating and qualifying leads, to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Following up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings (your own car and a sense of adventure are a must!)
  • Consistently meeting (and hopefully exceeding) monthly sales targets to unlock commission bonuses
  • Providing feedback from the market so our R&D team can keep ahead of customer trends
  • Keeping detailed records of your activities, pipeline, and achievements using our simple CRM tool

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally with B2B product or industrial clients
    • Valid UAE driving license and your own car (fuel allowance provided)
    • Transferable residence visa (required for onboarding)
    • Strong spoken and written English skills — clear, professional communication goes a long way
    • Natural self-motivation and the confidence to build rapport with everyone from procurement officers to business owners
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related business sectors
    • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu could be useful but aren’t required)
    • Any clever hacks you use to keep your sales pipeline organized and thriving

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary (AED 6,000) with monthly fuel allowance (AED 500) — plus a commission structure that rewards results (3% to 7%)
  • Supportive, close-knit team where your ideas (and your wins) are always recognized
  • Flexible, field-based role with the autonomy to plan your days and meetings
  • Genuine opportunities for career growth as the company expands its reach in the UAE market
  • Open feedback culture — direct access to leadership, and a say in how we do things
  • Occasional team gatherings, milestone celebrations, and a little bit of friendly sales competition

We’re all about combining ambitious targets with a collaborative culture. If you’re ready to make your mark in a company where every sale counts (literally and figuratively), you’ll find your place here.
