What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging every customer with a welcoming attitude, helping them find the ideal fragrance or gift for any occasion.
- Mastering our range of perfumes and gift selections, staying up-to-date on what’s new, popular, and exclusive in the shop.
- Creating eye-catching gift arrangements — ribbons, bows, themed baskets, you name it — ensuring each package feels truly special.
- Managing sales transactions efficiently, keeping accuracy and customer satisfaction top of mind.
- Contributing to the overall presentation and cleanliness of the shop, from arranging displays to refreshing shelves.
- Sharing creative ideas during team huddles — good suggestions are always welcome here!
- Occasionally lending a hand during store events, seasonal promotions, or busy holiday rushes.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing role (perfume or gift retail a big plus).
- Genuine passion for perfumes, gifting, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a bonus.
- A creative eye for arranging gifts and visual merchandising.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
- Social media skills (we love team members who can help us showcase our latest arrivals online!).
