What You’ll Be Doing

  • Guide customers through their gifting journey, recommending chocolates and curated gift options that suit every occasion and palate.
  • Showcase your knack for presentation by designing and wrapping beautiful bespoke gift packages—from simple ribbons to elaborate arrangements.
  • Maintain the boutique’s inviting atmosphere by keeping displays pristine, organized, and truly Instagram-worthy.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently while ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
  • Collaborate with our team during rushes or special events—pitching in wherever needed, whether that’s prepping stock or assembling last-minute orders.
  • Stay up-to-date with our seasonal collections, sharing your favorites with customers, and suggesting thoughtful upsells when it feels right.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently living in the UAE with a valid residency or visit visa (unfortunately, we can only consider candidates already here!)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or gift wrapping—whether in a shop, hotel, or similar
  • Clear communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
  • A warm, outgoing presence and patience for high-end clientele
  • Flexible approach—you’re comfortable on your feet and happy to jump in where needed

Nice-to-Haves

  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and an artistic touch in gift wrapping or visual merchandising
