About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be at the heart of Dubai’s buzzing retail scene? Here’s your chance. We’re urgently looking to build a strong in-store sales team for our outlet at Dragon Mall, Al Awir, International City. Whether you’re a seasoned supervisor, a natural people person eager to promote, a detail-oriented merchandiser, or a whiz at the cashier counter, this opportunity offers a real chance to grow your career — and your paycheck — right where the action happens.
About the Company
Imagine a workplace where the sales floor is always lively, teamwork is more than just a buzzword, and every day brings new faces and fresh challenges. That’s us. Our retail group has been steadily growing across Dubai, known for rewarding hustle, fostering camaraderie, and taking pride in great customer experiences. We celebrate wins (big and small), and our team lunches often turn into friendly competitions over who had the best customer story of the week. If you’re looking for an outlet that values energy, ambition, and a good sense of humor, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Supervisor:
Guide and motivate a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure targets are met (or smashed). You’ll lead from the front — coaching, troubleshooting, and celebrating wins. - Sales Promoter:
Engage shoppers, showcase our products, and turn curiosity into sales. You’ll be the friendly face that customers remember — and return for. - Merchandiser:
Keep displays fresh and eye-catching, track inventory, and make sure every shelf tells a story. You’ll work closely with both sales and management to keep things running smoothly. - Cashier:
Handle transactions efficiently, keep your station organized, and make customers feel welcome right up to the last moment. Accuracy and a warm smile go a long way here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service (role-specific experience is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus
- A positive, approachable attitude — you genuinely like helping people
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Currently residing in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dragon Mall or similar retail environments
- Team leadership experience (for supervisors)
- Knowledge of basic inventory or POS systems
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED 3,500–5,500 plus commission for top performers
- Company-sponsored visa, accommodation, and transportation — no need to stress about logistics
- Clear career growth path and consistent feedback
- Friendly, supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed
- Work in one of Dubai’s most vibrant shopping destinations
- Regular staff get-togethers, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to learn something new
At the end of the day, it’s about more than just a paycheck. We’re building a place where people enjoy coming to work — and where your effort truly pays off.
