What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers with genuine warmth and guide them through an unforgettable fragrance journey
  • Share detailed knowledge about our perfume collections, helping shoppers select just the right scent
  • Maintain eye-catching displays and ensure the store always looks its best
  • Process sales quickly and accurately, handling payments with care
  • Meet (and aim to exceed!) daily and monthly sales targets
  • For Supervisors: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team—jumping in to resolve challenges and celebrating team wins
  • Keep up-to-date with new arrivals and product launches, sharing insights with both customers and colleagues
  • Adapt to the fast-paced environment of Dubai Mall, especially during peak hours and special events
  • For Supervisors: Handle store opening/closing procedures and assist in basic reporting tasks

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience within the GCC—perfume or luxury retail experience is a big plus
  • Currently residing in the UAE (regardless of nationality!)
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
  • Friendly, approachable, and ready to work with a diverse customer base
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per Dubai Mall timings
  • For Supervisors: Proven leadership experience with a knack for team motivation

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Passion for perfumes or cosmetics
  • Experience in high-traffic retail locations
  • A positive attitude and sense of humor—helps during busy days!
