About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for your next big career move in Dubai’s dynamic furniture and home furnishings scene? Whether you’ve got a knack for connecting with customers, orchestrating sales teams, or steering the entire sales ship, this opportunity might be your perfect fit. We’re seeking enthusiastic Sales Indoor professionals (both men and women), Sales Coordinators, and experienced Sales Managers to join our fast-growing team in Bani Yas. If you thrive in a vibrant retail environment and enjoy shaping beautiful spaces for clients, you’ll feel right at home with us.

About the Company

We’re more than just a furniture retailer — we’re a community of style enthusiasts, problem-solvers, and customer champions. Our Dubai showroom buzzes with creativity, and our multicultural team brings diverse perspectives to every project. Here, no two days are the same: one day you’re helping a family pick out their dream sofa, the next you’re brainstorming with colleagues over Arabic coffee. We value initiative, collaboration, and a good sense of humor (our team group chat is legendary). Growth is in our DNA, and we love celebrating wins big and small — from monthly sales milestones to Friday team lunches.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales Indoor:

    • Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through our latest collections with genuine enthusiasm
    • Offer tailored recommendations — whether someone’s furnishing a whole villa or just hunting for that perfect accent chair
    • Process orders, handle inquiries, and ensure every client leaves with a smile (and maybe a new rug)
    • Maintain a well-presented showroom, always ready for the next walk-in or scheduled appointment
  • Sales Coordinator:

    • Support the sales team with order tracking, client follow-ups, and scheduling deliveries
    • Keep communication flowing smoothly between clients, sales reps, and logistics
    • Prepare sales reports and help streamline daily operations so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Sales Manager:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
    • Develop strategies to boost showroom footfall and convert leads into loyal customers
    • Analyze sales trends and provide actionable feedback to the team
    • Jump in on key client meetings, bringing insight and confidence to close major deals

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (furniture/home décor background is a strong plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability — Dubai’s market moves fast!
  • Professional appearance and the ability to build trust quickly with customers

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in the UAE market
  • Familiarity with sales software or ERP systems
  • Leadership skills for Sales Manager applicants

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive starting salary (AED 3,000+) plus commission — your effort truly pays off
  • Company-provided visa, accommodation, and transportation — more peace of mind for you
  • Annual paid vacation so you can recharge or travel home
  • Supportive, multicultural team environment — all nationalities are welcome
  • Real growth opportunities in a thriving industry
  • Regular team events and a collaborative culture that makes work feel like family

Here, you’re not just another employee — you’re part of a team that believes great work is worth celebrating. If you’re already in the UAE and ready to take the next step, we can’t wait to meet you.
