What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales growth by actively seeking out new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a boutique sales team to deliver memorable luxury experiences
- Collaborating with creative and operations teams to ensure every arrangement leaves the shop looking flawless
- Managing inventory and overseeing in-store displays to ensure the visual aesthetics are always on point
- Curating exclusive VIP customer experiences and developing bespoke packages for events, weddings, and corporate clients
- Monitoring sales targets and generating regular performance reports for management
- Staying ahead of luxury retail trends and competitors to keep DIA Flower at the cutting edge
- Representing DIA Flower at select events and building connections with Dubai’s luxury community
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated success in luxury retail or high-end sales, ideally in hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience leading and inspiring small to medium-sized sales teams
- Uncompromising attention to detail and an innate sense of style that matches our brand aesthetic
- Outstanding communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant plus
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with VIP clientele
Nice-to-Haves:
