What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with genuine warmth and a helpful attitude—first impressions matter here!
- Demonstrating and promoting featured products to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Handling counter sales, processing payments accurately, and managing cash or card transactions as a cashier.
- Supporting in-store marketing activities, from creating eye-catching displays to sharing promotions with shoppers.
- Keeping the outlet tidy and merchandise well-organized—because a great shopping experience starts with a neat space.
- Listening to customers’ needs and making thoughtful recommendations (sometimes it’s the little things that make the sale).
- Collaborating with teammates to hit daily and monthly sales targets—team wins are the best wins.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous retail, sales, or promotion experience (even if it was in a different industry—we value transferable skills!).
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and approachable style.
- Basic math and cashiering abilities (accuracy counts).
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to join on short notice.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Comfort with more than one language (Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are especially useful in our diverse customer base).
- Experience with in-store marketing or product demo roles.
- A knack for turning a quick chat into a loyal customer.
