As our new Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be right in the thick of things—combining sharp strategy with genuine relationship-building to help us grow in the vibrant Business Bay district. If you’re someone who thrives on making deals happen and loves the energy of this city, this role might just be your next big step.

About the Company

We’re a recruitment agency that’s as ambitious as the clients we serve. Our office buzzes with ideas, friendly competition, and the occasional debate over where to grab the best shawarma for lunch. Growth is a shared mindset here—whether it’s helping candidates land dream jobs or supporting each other’s personal goals. Our team isn’t just about meeting targets; we’re about building careers (and having a little fun along the way). In this business, hustle meets heart.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting and executing sales strategies that are tailored, creative, and effective for our unique customer base.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that make our brand stand out.

  • Keeping a pulse on market trends to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
  • Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations that actually get read (not just filed away).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on sales or marketing experience within the UAE market.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s business landscape and what makes clients tick here.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, and everything in between).
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude—someone who spots opportunities no one else sees.
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • UAE driving license (you’ll thank yourself during peak traffic hours).
  • Experience in recruitment or talent solutions.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (above AED 3000) plus commission—your effort really pays off.
  • Full visa sponsorship and medical coverage for peace of mind.
  • Work in the iconic Business Bay district—a hub for career growth and great coffee breaks.
  • Dynamic, collaborative team with a supportive manager who values your input.
  • Opportunities to expand your professional network across Dubai’s booming business community.
  • Recognition for results, not just hours clocked in.

Here, you’ll find a place where your drive is matched by your rewards, and where every day brings a new challenge—and a new opportunity.
