What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement creative sales strategies tailored to reach new clients and markets in the UAE
- Scout for new business opportunities, attending local events and connecting with potential partners
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships—think problem-solver, not just point-of-contact
- Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, from initial concept to post-launch analysis
- Work hand-in-hand with other teams (from product to customer service) to ensure a seamless brand message
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep us one step ahead
- Regularly prepare performance reports and share insights with management
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and client meetings—sometimes you’re our front-line ambassador!
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (ideally in the UAE market)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—comfortable chatting with everyone from CEOs to first-time clients
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, campaign tools, and CRM systems
- Self-motivation and a natural drive to exceed targets
