What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the boutique and setting the standard for luxury service
- Coaching and motivating your sales team, helping each member shine and reach their targets
- Greeting and assisting customers, guiding them through the nuanced world of fine fragrances
- Handling inventory checks, stock display, and coordination with suppliers to keep shelves irresistible
- Monitoring store appearance—everything from the gleam of the display cases to the ambiance of the music
- Managing basic store administration: cash handling, daily reports, and staff scheduling
- Jumping in during busy spells—whether wrapping the perfect gift or stepping in to resolve a tough customer query
- Living and breathing the store’s values, setting a tone of warmth, professionalism, and expertise
What You’ll Bring
