What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and launching digital marketing campaigns for premium property listings—think video teasers, spotlight articles, and more
- Managing our brand’s social media channels, from scheduling posts to engaging with followers and responding to real-time queries
- Crafting catchy content for blogs, newsletters, and property ads that’s both informative and irresistible
- Building relationships with potential clients—via DM, email, or the occasional face-to-face coffee—nurturing leads until they’re ready to make a move
- Tracking campaign results and making smart tweaks to boost engagement and reach
- Staying on top of real estate trends in Dubai, and suggesting fresh, out-of-the-box marketing ideas the team can rally around
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably in real estate or a fast-paced sales environment
- Solid communication skills in English (written and spoken); a knack for explaining complex details simply
- Comfortable on camera and behind the scenes—creating content, answering questions, and representing the brand online
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Arabic language skills
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe suite, or similar design tools
- A personal interest in architecture, design, or Dubai’s real estate scene
