Our growing perfume retail brand is searching for passionate Sales Associates and a Sales Supervisor to become the face (and the nose!) of our Dubai Mall store. What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting shoppers with warmth and expertise, guiding them to discover our unique collection of fragrances.
- Learning the stories behind each perfume so you can recommend the perfect scent — whether it’s for a milestone birthday or everyday flair.
- Maintaining a dazzling, immaculate shop floor that invites customers to linger and explore.
- Helping organize in-store displays and seasonal promotions to keep things fresh and exciting.
- Achieving individual and team sales goals, with plenty of friendly competition and shoutouts for top performers.
- For Supervisors: Coaching the sales team, managing daily operations, handling cash, and stepping up as a confident leader.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Current UAE residency (we’re unable to relocate candidates from abroad).
- A positive, welcoming attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping people.
- Availability to start immediately or very soon.
- Good communication skills — extra points for multiple languages!
- A knack for customer service, retail, or hospitality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury sales environments.
- Sales targets don’t scare you; you actually find them motivating.
- Supervisory experience (for the supervisor role).
