About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined using your skills to drive business growth for a creative industry in the heart of Sharjah? We’re looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative who’s eager to bring high-quality fabric printing solutions directly to clients—and be the face of customer relationships out in the field. This is an opportunity to combine your knack for sales with hands-on client work, all while being part of a sector that’s evolving fast. If building business outdoors sounds more appealing than a desk job, you might find yourself right at home here.
About the Company
You’ll be joining a well-established fabric printing factory that’s been a key player in Sharjah’s textile sector for years. Our small-but-mighty team is known for turning customer visions into tangible results, whether it’s bespoke banners or custom-tailored fabrics for events. The pace is lively, the coffee’s strong, and collaboration is central—your ideas will always find an audience. We’re big believers in continuous learning and celebrating small wins (expect the occasional team lunch when big orders roll in).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting potential clients in person—yes, you’ll be on the move most days, not behind a desk
- Building long-term relationships with businesses, event planners, and retailers
- Presenting and explaining our fabric printing offerings—samples in hand, questions welcome
- Bringing client requirements back to the production team for seamless order fulfillment
- Regularly following up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Keeping sales records organized using our internal systems and simple software
- Suggesting improvements based on customer feedback (we really do listen)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A certified university degree in any scientific discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally with client-facing roles
- Proficiency with computers—enough to handle records, emails, and presentation tools
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A personal car that you’re able to use for work (exclusively yours, not shared)
- A valid UAE driver’s license issued over a year ago
- Valid UAE residence visa
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with textiles, printing, or a related field
- Additional languages (Arabic is a plus!)
- A network of contacts in Sharjah and surrounding Emirates
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary with performance incentives
- Fuel allowances and mobile data support for on-the-go work
- Most days are out and about, so the office is never your cage
- Supportive management who genuinely want you to succeed (expect regular feedback, not micro-managing)
- Room to expand your role or specialize over time as the company grows
- Committed team that celebrates wins—and helps each other through the tricky days
You’ll find plenty of independence here, but never isolation—a perfect mix for someone who likes challenges, variety, and seeing the real results of their effort. If you want your next career step to be as dynamic as your personality, we hope you’ll consider joining us.
