What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every customer warmly, listen to their needs, and guide them through our collection with genuine enthusiasm.
- Handle WhatsApp sales and enquiries, responding promptly and making clients feel valued even from afar.
- Create eye-catching photos and videos of new arrivals and best-sellers for social media — a good eye and steady hand go a long way here!
- Present products effectively via live sessions or stories, highlighting features that set each piece apart.
- Resolve client concerns with a calm, can-do attitude — whether it’s a sizing question or a special gift request.
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure ongoing satisfaction and spark returning business.
- Stay updated on new trends in both jewelry and customer engagement methods, sharing ideas with the team.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
