What You’ll Be Doing
- Curating and managing vibrant content across all our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube—you know the drill)
- Planning, executing, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads to reach sweet-toothed audiences near and far
- Rolling up your sleeves for in-house photography and videography sessions (sometimes the best content starts with you behind the camera—or in front of it)
- Editing short-form videos and reels that highlight our brand’s playful personality and products
- Collaborating with our product and design teams to brainstorm exciting campaigns and launch strategies
- Engaging with our online community—you’ll reply to comments, join foodie conversations, and build genuine connections
- Analyzing performance data and distilling insights to guide our digital growth, tweaking strategies when needed
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of trends in social and digital marketing, especially within the food and confectionery world
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven, hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing—your portfolio should speak for itself
- Practical chops running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- A knack for creative storytelling, whether through captions, images, or video
- Familiarity with at least one major content scheduling/analytics tool
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication—you like bouncing ideas around
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior in-house or agency experience with a food, beverage, or confectionery brand
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and community-building campaigns
- Bonus points if you’re comfortable on camera for the occasional behind-the-scenes or “chef’s secret” feature
