About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought your knack for building connections could be the reason a bustling Dubai showroom thrives? As one of the most respected names in home appliances around Al Buhaira, we're on the lookout for Salespeople—both in-store dynamos and outgoing external reps—ready to make a real impact. If you’re living in the UAE, passionate about customer experience, and excited by the promise of growth in Dubai’s dynamic retail scene, this could be your move.
About the Company
Step into our showroom and you’ll instantly get the vibe—fast-paced, friendly, and ambitious. We pride ourselves on being at the heart of Al Buhaira’s community, known for high-touch service and a curated range of home essentials. Here, product demos turn into team learning sprints, birthdays are greeted with cake runs, and every Friday afternoon is punctuated by a little celebratory cheer for hitting the week’s targets. The business is growing quickly, but so is our commitment to keeping things personal and supportive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with genuine warmth and answering questions about our lineup of home appliances
- Demonstrating product features with hands-on energy—think more “show and tell,” less “sales pitch”
- Listening to customer needs and guiding them to the right solution (sometimes the best sale is the one you don’t push)
- Processing purchases and handling POS systems smoothly (and with a smile)
- Staying on top of inventory or updating product displays so everything looks sharp
- For external sales: visiting nearby communities, building relationships, and finding opportunities to introduce our range
- Collaborating with team members to hit sales targets—yes, wins are always celebrated!
- Reporting customer feedback and sharing ideas for improving our showroom experience
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in sales or retail is a big plus, but energy and people skills count for a lot
- Comfortable communicating confidently with all walks of life—in English (Arabic or other languages? Even better)
- A positive, can-do approach and a willingness to learn
- For external reps: a driver’s license and flexibility for fieldwork across Dubai
- Currently residing in the UAE (we can’t hire outside it just yet)
- Eagerness to contribute to a fun, goal-oriented team
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary (AED 2800–4500), based on your experience and role
- Accommodation provided—making your move easier and your wallet happier
- Lively, supportive team culture—expect mentorship and plenty of laughs
- Genuine opportunities for growth; many of our top salespeople started at entry level
- Diversity welcomed: colleagues from many backgrounds, one goal in mind
- Practical perks: easy access to Al Buhaira, staff discounts, and frequent team celebrations
It's honest work at the heart of Dubai’s retail pulse—where your people skills aren’t just wanted; they're the main event. With us, every day brings a new face, a new challenge, and a chance to make your mark.
