Step into Retail: Sales Indoor & Sales Representative Roles in Al Karama, Dubai

Looking to kickstart or grow your career in retail sales right here in Dubai? If you thrive in face-to-face customer interactions and want to be part of a bustling outlet environment, this opportunity might just be what you’re searching for. We’re hiring both Sales Indoor and Sales Representatives for our busy Al Karama outlet store — with competitive salaries, essential benefits, and a dynamic, multicultural team. Only currently UAE-based candidates will be considered, so if you’re already in the Emirates and ready for your next move, read on!

About Us

Our outlet isn’t just a store — it’s a local shopping destination where customers come for genuine products and friendly service. We’re known for our warm, approachable team and a down-to-earth workplace where every day brings new faces and challenges. Whether it’s a quick laugh in the break room or helping a customer find exactly what they need, our staff genuinely enjoy making a difference. We celebrate diversity and value reliability, teamwork, and a can-do attitude — and yes, Fridays tend to come with extra smiles all around.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers as they enter and making sure everyone feels welcome — first impressions count!
  • Understanding customer needs and helping them find products that suit their preferences and budget.
  • Demonstrating and explaining products clearly, turning browsing into buying with your product knowledge and charm.
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently at the counter (accuracy matters!).
  • Assisting with inventory: restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store tidy.
  • Collaborating with your teammates to hit daily and monthly sales goals — and celebrating wins together.
  • Handling customer queries or issues with patience and a smile, making sure every visitor leaves happy.

What You’ll Bring

  • A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of helping people.
  • Good communication skills in English (other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
  • Previous retail or sales experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
  • Ability to work on your feet during a 9-hour shift (plus a well-deserved 1-hour break).
  • Current residency in the UAE (we are not able to consider applicants from outside the country at this time).
  • Team spirit — we’re looking for both men and women who enjoy working together in a diverse environment.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic go a long way.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries: Starting from AED 2,800 up to AED 4,500, depending on your experience and performance.
  • Visa sponsorship, accommodation, and transportation provided — so you can focus on your job, not your commute or housing.
  • Steady shifts: 9 hours per day with a full hour to recharge.
  • Diverse, welcoming team — learn from colleagues from all over the world.
  • Opportunities to grow: Prove yourself in-store and you’ll find there’s room to advance.
  • Supportive environment: We believe hard work should be recognized, and we make room for a little fun, too.

We understand changing jobs is a big step, especially in a vibrant city like Dubai. If you’re looking for stability, teamwork, and a chance to build your sales skills, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Note: Please be aware that our recruitment company applies a job application fee. Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.
