What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers as they enter and making sure everyone feels welcome — first impressions count!
- Understanding customer needs and helping them find products that suit their preferences and budget.
- Demonstrating and explaining products clearly, turning browsing into buying with your product knowledge and charm.
- Processing sales transactions efficiently at the counter (accuracy matters!).
- Assisting with inventory: restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store tidy.
- Collaborating with your teammates to hit daily and monthly sales goals — and celebrating wins together.
- Handling customer queries or issues with patience and a smile, making sure every visitor leaves happy.
What You’ll Bring

- Good communication skills in English (other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
- Previous retail or sales experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn is just as important.
- Ability to work on your feet during a 9-hour shift (plus a well-deserved 1-hour break).
- Current residency in the UAE (we are not able to consider applicants from outside the country at this time).
