What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers with genuine warmth—and leave them with a memorable shopping experience
- Listen closely and help customers find exactly what they need, even if they’re not sure what that is yet
- Showcase new products, share promotions, and demonstrate their features in a way customers can relate to
- Keep displays fresh, organized, and inviting (yes, it’s more fun than it sounds!)
- Track inventory and assist with restocking as soon as shelves look a bit bare
- Support your teammates—because when one person thrives, the whole team shines
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently inside the UAE and available to start soon
- Strong communication skills—whether you’re recommending a product or helping solve a problem
- A positive, enthusiastic presence that customers (and coworkers) notice
- Eagerness to work flexible hours—retail never sleeps!
- Respectful and friendly attitude with people from all walks of life
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous sales or promotions experience is a plus, but not required
- Additional language skills—always handy in a global city like Dubai
