What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to prospective clients or candidates by phone, email, and sometimes face-to-face — yes, you’ll get to hone your people skills daily.
- Presenting our recruitment services with confidence and tailoring your pitch to each unique conversation.
- Following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and managing a pipeline—think organized, persistent, and friendly.
- Supporting marketing efforts, from social media campaigns to market research—creativity welcomed!
- Providing customers with timely and accurate information about our services, visa options, and current job openings.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues—no silos here! You’ll be part of a team that backs each other up.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re already living in the UAE and available for a quick start (immediate joiners get bonus points!).
- Confident communication skills in English, with the ability to relate to all kinds of people.
- An energetic, driven attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving setting.
- Basic computer literacy — you’re comfortable navigating email, spreadsheets, and a CRM.
- Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with a smile.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or recruiting (but we’re open to great communicators from any background).
- Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) are always a bonus.
