About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to kick-start your sales career in the heart of Dubai’s thriving real estate market? Here’s your chance. We’re urgently searching for motivated Sales Executives to join a dynamic team at a leading real estate company based in Burjuman, Dubai. Whether you see yourself excelling indoors, outdoors, or on the phone (Tele Sales), there’s room for you to shine — even if you’re just starting out. If you’re hungry to learn and ready for a fresh challenge, keep reading.

About the Company

Nestled in the lively Burjuman district, this real estate firm isn’t your average office. Think diverse colleagues from around the world, plenty of hustle, and a shared goal: to help people find their perfect place in Dubai. There’s a strong camaraderie here — weekly pizza days aren’t just a rumor, and nobody skips lunch together if they can help it. The team genuinely celebrates each other’s wins and pulls together when the going gets tough. With a fast-paced culture and an eye for innovative sales strategies, you’ll quickly feel right at home among go-getters who look out for one another.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to potential clients via calls, meetings, or on-the-ground pitches — no two days are the same.
  • Guiding prospects through the property search, patiently answering their questions and building trust.
  • Keeping a close eye on real estate listings so you’re always ready with the best match.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and deals in the CRM.
  • Collaborating closely with teammates to crush individual and team sales targets.
  • Learning from senior colleagues and industry leaders (there’s a lot to soak up here).
  • Jumping in on occasional weekend property viewings — those are when some of the best deals happen.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • You’re currently inside the UAE (any nationality is welcome!).
  • Strong communication skills in English; any other language is a plus.
  • Willingness to work hard, keep learning, and bounce back from “no” — sales isn’t for the faint of heart.
  • Confidence and a friendly, client-first attitude — it makes all the difference.
  • Immediate availability to join (we really do mean urgently hiring!).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in real estate or any sales role, but freshers are genuinely encouraged.
  • Familiarity with Dubai neighborhoods or an eagerness to learn about them quickly.
  • A knack for reading the room — whether over the phone or in person.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary in the range of AED2500–AED4500 plus uncapped commission — your effort pays off here.
  • Free visa sponsorship, plus accommodation and medical insurance are fully covered.
  • Supportive, multicultural team that knows how to have fun while getting the job done.
  • Rapid career progression — show promise, and you’ll find new doors opening faster than you expect.
  • Training and mentorship from experienced real estate professionals.
  • Central location in Burjuman with easy transit access.
  • A workplace where your achievements don’t go unnoticed (or unrewarded).

This isn’t just another job; it’s a launchpad for an exciting career in Dubai, surrounded by people who want to see you succeed. Ready to take the leap?

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through your approach to initiating conversations with potential clients, either in person or over the phone?
  • How would you handle a situation where a prospect repeatedly says “no” or seems uninterested? What keeps you motivated to persist?
  • Tell us about a time you had to quickly learn about a new product, service, or location—what was your strategy and outcome?
  • The Dubai real estate market is fast-paced and always changing. How would you stay up-to-date with new listings and match them with clients’ preferences?
  • Describe your experience (if any) working with a CRM or maintaining organized records of customer interactions. How do you keep details from slipping through the cracks?
  • On weekends, open houses and property viewings sometimes require adjusting your schedule. How do you manage work-life balance when the role demands flexibility?
  • Teamwork is a big part of our culture. Can you share an example of when you went out of your way to help a colleague hit their goals or overcome a challenge?
  • Imagine you’re meeting a client who speaks little English. How would you build trust and communicate effectively despite the language barrier?
  • Our team values celebrating wins together and learning from setbacks. Tell us how you handle both personal successes and disappointments at work.
  • How would you go about learning the ins and outs of Dubai’s various neighborhoods if you’re not already familiar with them?
  • We look for people with a “client-first” attitude. Can you describe a time you went above and beyond to make sure a customer was satisfied?
  • What excites you about starting or continuing your career in real estate sales in Dubai, specifically?
  • In a multicultural environment filled with colleagues from different backgrounds, how do you build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team atmosphere?
