What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers the moment they walk in and making them feel at home
- Listening to their needs (sometimes said, sometimes not!) and helping them find just the right fragrance or gift
- Explaining product features—whether it’s a luxury perfume or a handmade souvenir
- Handling cashier duties, making sure every transaction is smooth and positive
- Keeping displays looking attractive and organized throughout the day
- Restocking merchandise so no shelf looks bare and no customer misses out
- Working together with your teammates to meet daily store goals
- Resolving customer queries or concerns quickly and with a smile
