What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily administrative tasks to keep our operations running seamlessly
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls—calendar mastery required
- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents in both Arabic and English
- Handling all incoming correspondence (emails, calls, parcels) with professionalism and promptness
- Keeping electronic and paper files organized—if there’s a missing document, you’ll know where to find it
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Working closely with multiple departments to follow up on deadlines and outstanding tasks
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they feel taken care of from the moment they walk in
What You’ll Bring
