About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the hands-on kind who genuinely enjoys seeing plans come to life, brick by brick? We’re searching for a dedicated Site Foreman (Civil/Construction) to lead the charge on a residential villas project right here in Abu Dhabi. This is a chance to be at the beating heart of a dynamic project, ensuring that every corner of every villa is crafted to perfection. If you take pride in guiding teams, tackling daily onsite challenges, and spotting the details others might miss, this could be the role where your experience really shines.
About the Company
Our team is built on collaboration and trust — we believe that open communication is just as important as technical expertise. While we've completed numerous projects across the UAE, each new site comes with its own story and energy, and we treat it that way. You’ll join a company that values initiative, encourages questions (no matter how small), and doesn't mind when team members swap construction anecdotes over strong Arabic coffee. Our leadership is present and approachable; after all, it’s not unusual for the project manager to walk the site and pitch in during crunch time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating all site activities for residential villa construction, day in and day out
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and ensuring every detail is executed true to plan
- Organizing daily briefings with teams to align on the day’s work
- Managing, motivating, and guiding skilled labor and subcontractors through each project phase
- Ensuring materials arrive on time and are used efficiently — resourcefulness is key
- Keeping site safety front and center, making sure everyone goes home safe
- Documenting progress, flagging any issues promptly, and reporting to the site engineer or project manager
- Helping resolve on-the-spot problems while keeping projects on the set schedule

Nice-to-Haves
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
- Experience on luxury or high-end villa projects
