About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you ready to take the reins on some of Dubai’s most exciting construction projects? We’re looking for a Site Manager who knows what it means to balance boots-on-the-ground leadership with a sharp eye for quality and safety. This is more than just another management gig — it’s a chance to guide skilled teams, drive visible results, and help shape the city’s ever-evolving skyline. With a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, this is the perfect moment for experienced site leaders looking to make their mark.

About the Company

Here in Al Quoz, our company has built a solid reputation over the years (and not just for what goes out the door). Our team thrives on transparency, hands-on collaboration, and a genuine passion for seeing blueprints turn into groundbreaking projects. Growth is a constant — whether that’s taking on new project types or celebrating a birthday in the break room (cake, guaranteed). We’re serious about safety, ambitious about delivery, and believe that the best results come from a crew that genuinely enjoys working together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations on active construction sites, proactively solving problems as they arise
  • Coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project progress
  • Enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards at every stage of the job
  • Reviewing project plans and specifications, and ensuring on-site work matches requirements
  • Managing workflow schedules, deliveries, and site logistics to keep everything running smoothly
  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for inspections, client walkthroughs, and handovers
  • Keeping detailed site reports, tracking progress, and communicating any snags or risks quickly
  • Fostering a team spirit that values quality work and mutual respect—you set the tone on site

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar leadership role in the UAE
  • Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English
  • Currently residing in the UAE (due to immediate site requirements)
  • Ability to manage teams from diverse backgrounds and build positive site culture
  • Problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of Arabic
  • Prior experience with residential and/or commercial projects in Dubai
  • Familiarity with project management software for construction

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Attractive salary range of AED 12,000–20,000 per month, based on experience
  • 2-year residency visa to give you stability and peace of mind
  • Health insurance provided — your wellbeing matters
  • Company accommodation and transportation so you can focus on work, not logistics
  • Steady work schedule: 8 hours a day with a fixed weekly day off
  • Friendly, multicultural team environment that respects your voice and your ideas
  • Opportunities for internal growth — we promote from within whenever possible

At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a team that values expertise, supports each other, and works together to deliver projects everyone can be proud of.
