What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations at project sites, from foundations to final finishes.
- Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and foremen—making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction.
- Monitoring project schedules and flagging anything that could mean a delay (or spotting a day to make up some time).
- Keeping a close eye on quality, safety standards, and site cleanliness—our clients notice the difference.
- Juggling multiple projects, big and small, without letting details slip through the cracks.
- Communicating with clients, updating on progress, and always maintaining a professional, can-do attitude.
- Helping to solve (and sometimes preempt) those inevitable “on-site surprises.”
- Supporting team members and sharing your expertise, especially with less experienced staff or contractors.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Engineering Diploma or similar technical qualification.
- At least 4 years of hands-on site management experience in the UAE, specifically on residential villas, apartments, or building projects.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities; you know what needs to happen and when.
- Comfortable working with teams from different backgrounds.
- Effective communicator, whether it’s a quick call, a WhatsApp update, or a formal site briefing.
- Asian male candidates are preferred as per current team requirements and project needs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license—mobility between projects can make your day a lot easier.
- Prior experience juggling multiple active projects.
- Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, or another Asian language—always helpful on a diverse job site.
